* The Wednesday night 7:00 and the Friday night 6:15 classes are six week sign-up classes.  

   A minimum number of 5 students must sign-up in order for the class to be held.  


   The class will be a combination of Yoga and Pilates which is designed to stretch and strengthen 

   without adding bulk along with the added benefit of easing muscle tension and enhancing relaxation.

   Each class will build on the skills acquired from week to week.

Yoga Classes:

walk-ins
                        $15.00
students & seniors      $10.00
5 card pass                   $60.00   (6 week expiration)

10 card pass               $110.00  (12 week expiration)

*all passes are non-refundable & non-transferable

Personal Training:


60-minute private session                      $50.00
for semi-private,
      additional fee per individual
            $10.00


24-hour cancellation/change required 
 
Bring:

  • Yoga Mat (available for sale)
  • Towel
  • Water

Etiquette:

  • Cell phones turned off
  • If entering late or leaving early, please do so quietly.
