Classes Offered:
Yoga (75 minutes) is designed to improve strength, posture and balance as well as reduce muscle tension and enhance relaxation. Yoga postures are explained, demonstrated and modified for all levels. This applies to the Intermediate Yoga class which involves slightly more advanced poses and sequences.
Power Yoga (75 minutes) is a powerful series of postures to build heat and strength. Previous yoga classes or some knowledge of yoga is recommended.
Pilates/Sculpt (60 minutes) is both relaxing and revitalizing. Pilates mat exercises increase flexibility and coordination while strengthening the core muscles; focusing on the whole body rather than on body parts.
